Privacy notice.

Last updated 27 October 2026

This notice explains how SparseMax Labs handles information when you visit this website or contact us. For privacy questions, email contact@sparsemaxlabs.com.

Information you share

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, organisation if provided, area of interest and message. We use this information to respond to you and discuss your request. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.

Purpose and legal basis

We process enquiries for our legitimate interest in responding to business communications. Where your enquiry is about entering into a contract with us, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before that contract.

Hosting and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts this website, processes technical request information and provides Turnstile spam protection. Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Turnstile uses technical browser signals to distinguish people from automated requests. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing, international transfers and safeguards.

Access and retention

Access to enquiries is limited to authorised people handling them. We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry using the email address above.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restrict processing, object to processing or request a portable copy. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Spam verification is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
