SparseMax Labs is a UK-based AI research and consultancy startup. We focus on applied research, computational efficiency and practical deployment—helping organisations explore ideas and turn the promising ones into usable systems.
We start with the problem rather than a preferred technology. That means being clear about constraints, testing assumptions and recognising when a simpler approach is the better choice.
